Financial Analyst 1

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid work with 1–2 days per week in the office

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather and analyze financial information on expenses and revenues.
• Develop economic indicator analyses, forecasts, and financial planning reports.
• Design and enhance data visualizations and produce monthly reports.
• Develop financial prompts and queries for accounting and business analysis.
• Support business units with financial data analysis.
• Maintain GAAP and accounting policy compliance while recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• At least 1 year of financial analysis experience or relevant academic experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CoPilot.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate with all levels of management.
• Newly hired foreign national workers requiring work authorization sponsorship are not eligible; H-1B sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
