Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for Turnaround & Restructuring client service engagements.
• Build and analyze 13-week cash flow, three-statement, pro forma, and scenario-based financial models.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with BRG experts, client contacts, and professionals from other firms.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and the development of the growing consulting practice.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, equivalent qualification, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar financial research tools.
