Salary: $63,490–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management matters.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research target companies and perform financial analysis.
• Conduct due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to support exceptional client service.
• Develop professionally and advance within the transaction advisory services group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to management and supporting executive briefings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively with client personnel at all levels.
• High motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in audit or transaction advisory.
• CPA designation or candidacy.
• Advanced degree.
