Financial Analyst (PropTech)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring financial and operational reports.
• Build Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions for Finance Operations leaders.
• Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems and monitor data quality, completeness, accuracy, and process compliance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, defects, and root causes.
• Support business cases, forecasting, process improvement, automation, and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to management and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, Reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple business systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, KPI development, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Finance Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and project management systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and data-querying tools.
• Advanced analytical or business intelligence certifications.
