Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for the Philippines business.
• Prepare monthly P&L results, variance analyses, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to analyze financial drivers, costs, and business assumptions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, support cost and productivity initiatives, and provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, financial systems, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization, shared services, or regional finance team.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes.
