Senior Analyst (Financial Markets Operations)

What you will do

• Analyze and resolve transaction reporting exceptions across multiple regulatory regimes.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and drive timely remediation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and process enhancement opportunities.
• Monitor reporting controls and contribute to continuous improvement of the control framework.
• Communicate findings and risk trends to stakeholders and management across global teams.
• Support counterparty outreach, post-resolution validation, and ongoing reporting-quality monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in OTC derivatives processing, product control, middle office, financial markets operations, or similar functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and control.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transaction reporting regulations including EMIR, MiFID II, MMSR, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SMMD, or Canada Reporting.
• Experience with reconciliation platforms such as DUCO.
• Experience driving process improvements and strengthening controls.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle management and financial markets products.
