Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living - PRN (Days and Nights)

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, discharges, and related clinical documentation as needed.
• Develop and maintain acute, long-term care, and service plans.
• Track clinical issues such as wounds and infection control under the director’s guidance.
• Consult on resident health concerns, notify physicians and families of changes, and document updates.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate closely with departments, staff, residents, and families.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program, with general nursing education.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Acceptable proficiency in English is required for duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely and effectively.
