LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Full Time 3:00PM-11:00PM

Location: 680 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069, USA; onsite, full-time shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Salary: $32.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic resident wellness.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise CNA and HHA care staff in line with regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and promote high service standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and nursing practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new applications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds and supporting residents.
