Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Hamilton, Ohio, United States; onsite at a health center

Salary: $24.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care to client employees and their dependents under the supervision of healthcare providers.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, observe treatment reactions, and collect specimens according to provider orders.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate, up-to-date health records.
• Maintain medical equipment and a clean, safe environment while following infection control procedures.
• Work a 30–40 hour weekly schedule during clinic hours, using a 4-day or 5-day schedule.

Requirements

• Graduate from a National League for Nursing-accredited program, with an associate degree or equivalent two-year college or technical training.
• Current Practical or Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or an emergency department.
