Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time)

Location: Brandywine Living at Upper Providence, 1133 Black Rock Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460, USA. Onsite, full-time schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Salary: USD 34.00–35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate total nursing care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities.

Requirements

• Active LPN license required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
