Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Frisco, Texas, United States; onsite at a health center

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare providers within the scope of practice.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, observe treatment reactions, and collect urine, blood, and sputum specimens according to provider orders.
• Maintain medical equipment and a clean, safe environment while following infection control procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records.
• Provide care to client employees and their dependents at the Frisco health center.

Requirements

• Graduate from a National League for Nursing-accredited program, with an associate degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school education.
• Current practical or vocational nursing license in the state of practice is required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or an emergency department.
