Senior Talent Manager

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end consultant lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, professional development, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
• Develop bench management and redeployment strategies to minimize downtime and protect revenue.
• Partner with Sales, clients, and Talent peers to understand business priorities, demand trends, and consultant transition timelines.
• Use talent systems, dashboards, and metrics to forecast client needs and align talent supply with demand.
• Source and recruit for assigned functions, clients, and industries, including just-in-time hiring needs and pipeline development.
• Assess technical and cultural fit and support strategic talent programs, including alumni engagement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Acquisition; experience in both areas is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills.
• Ability to assess technical and cultural fit and use talent systems and data analytics for decision-making.
