Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Leadership Recruitment): Leading executive and specialized recruitment across Latin America, the United States, and global markets with an accent on leadership hiring, talent mapping, and market intelligence. Location: Mexico City, Plaza Carso; hybrid role with three days per week onsite

What you will do
- Lead the full executive recruitment lifecycle for Director and other senior-level roles, from briefing and sourcing through offers and pre-boarding.
- Partner with senior leaders, business unit heads, and global HR teams to identify talent gaps and design proactive search strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with external candidates and deliver a personalized, confidential candidate experience.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to support leadership hiring and succession planning.
- Advise senior stakeholders on talent trends, compensation insights, and effective search practices.
- Ensure rigorous assessment, selection, process excellence, compliance, confidentiality, and integrity throughout searches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 years focused on leadership or specialized recruitment.
- Experience managing complex searches across Latin America and the United States.
- Exceptional English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to advise, influence, and collaborate with senior business leaders.
- Hands-on experience with search and sourcing tools, talent mapping, market intelligence platforms, management-level offers, hiring processes, and onboarding.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday or a similar ATS supporting executive or global recruitment.
- Background in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of total compensation, assessment methodologies, and leadership evaluation frameworks.
- Experience supporting diversity and inclusion in recruitment and succession planning.
