What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting framework for technical and engineering positions.
• Develop and maintain candidate communities aligned with hiring plans.
• Source candidates through Avature, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, customers, and recruiting partners.
• Track labor market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence.
• Lead recruitment initiatives and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, sourcing, and networking experience.
• Conversational English is required for communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing growth hiring projects and working with multiple recruiting channels.
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity, self-motivation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
