Senior Contract Recruiter

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, or the United States, or onsite at the Redwood City office. Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.

Salary: $4,300–$8,500 USD per month, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate introduction calls each week.
• Present hirify.global AI, its culture, open roles, and interview process to candidates.
• Evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, motivations, and alignment with role requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview stages, notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and set expectations.
• Identify pipeline gaps and recommend solutions to improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5 years of talent acquisition experience focused on technical or go-to-market roles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• Experience managing a high volume of interviews and candidates.
• Strong pipeline management, organization, communication, and hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and maintain a professional recruiting process.
• Availability to work Pacific Time hours.
