Talent Acquisition & Employee Services Supervisor (High-Volume Recruitment)

Location: General Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite

Salary: MXN $32,000–$36,000 monthly

What you will do

• Manage external talent acquisition across operational, administrative, intern, direct labor, indirect labor, and staff positions.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines and develop recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Manage the internship program and partnerships with universities and technical schools.
• Lead the Employee Service Center and provide support on policies, benefits, payroll, vacations, leaves of absence, and People & Culture processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel documentation in internal systems.
• Support the Safety & Quality Management System, ISO 45001 and EHS compliance, and workplace incident-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in high-volume operational recruitment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and internship management platforms.
• Conversational business English required.
• Strong initiative, negotiation, creativity, leadership, teamwork, communication, and results orientation.
• Must work onsite in General Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico.
