Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Monterrey

Location: Monterrey office, Mexico; travel to different states in Mexico is required for hiring events.

What you will do

• Manage full-life-cycle recruitment for operative roles in Mexico across maintenance and new construction.
• Handle a high volume of requisitions for full-time positions from entry level through experienced roles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess skills, motivation, and organizational fit.
• Advise hiring managers and communicate with stakeholders throughout each search process.
• Participate in job fairs, university outreach, and other hiring events across different states.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Effective candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience using behavioral interview techniques.
• Consultative approach to advising hiring managers and developing recruiting strategies.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel within Mexico for hiring events.
