Talent Acquisition Partner (Sourcing)

Location: Mexico City, Plaza Carso; hybrid role with three days per week onsite

What you will do

• Lead candidate sourcing for critical and recurring positions across Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, and the United States.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues in the U.S. and LATAM to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidate assessment, selection, progress tracking, and records in an enterprise Applicant Tracking System.
• Contribute to talent mapping, employer branding, process optimization, recruitment metrics, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including significant LATAM exposure, especially in Mexico.
• Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and job boards.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday ATS or a similar enterprise-level ATS.
• Experience collaborating with regional or global teams and knowledge of international recruitment practices.
• Knowledge of assessment methodologies, leadership evaluation frameworks, or U.S. recruitment processes.
• Experience in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction initiatives.
