Regional Retail Manager

Location: 160 Dowty Rd, Ajax, Ontario, Canada; regular site visits and travel within the district required, approximately 70% of the time on the road.

Salary: CAD 100,000–125,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus.

Kenny U-Pull is an auto-recycling business and a division of American Iron & Metal, operating vehicle recycling yards across several Canadian provinces.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, develop action plans, and conduct site visits to improve performance and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers and their teams.
• Develop location budgets, analyze financial reports, improve profitability, and control costs.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure strong customer service across all locations.
• Execute district business plans, identify growth opportunities, and promote workplace safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar senior management role, preferably in retail or automotive.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to travel within the district as required, with approximately 70% of time on the road.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to manage compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
