hirify.global operates a global online vehicle auction platform connecting vehicle sellers with buyers through more than 200 facilities in over 190 countries.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, lead, and control all functions of the Edmonton facility.
• Manage daily office and outside-yard operations while maintaining company standards for quality, service, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a diverse, high-performing team, including managers and operational staff.
• Build customer relationships with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage sub-haulers and logistical requirements for effective facility operations.
• Analyze the assigned profit and loss statement to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of management experience; military or other relevant experience is preferred.
• Proven record of driving operational excellence and achieving corporate goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and help teams adapt positively and effectively.
• Ability to manage performance, establish accountability, identify skill gaps, and develop future leaders.
• Ability to maintain compliance with applicable local regulations, EPA, OSHA, Department of Motor Vehicles requirements, and company quality and safety reviews.
