Visual Merchandiser - Hillsdale Shopping (Fashion)

Compensation: $23.58–$27.32 per hour

What you will do

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation according to H&M guidelines, campaigns, commercial calendars, and store activation plans.
• Maintain window displays, product presentation, customer flow, signage, lighting, fixtures, display forms, and store navigation.
• Monitor stock levels, garment care, sales KPIs, weekly reports, and commercial opportunities to support sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Track fashion trends, competitors, brands, influencers, mood boards, and styling techniques to improve in-store product presentation.
• Coach, develop, and onboard store colleagues on visual, commercial, and operational standards.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house clean, organized, safe, and compliant with procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Curious, creative, proactive, flexible, solution-focused, and able to communicate effectively across functions.
• Fashion interests and leadership skills with visual and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Availability for full-time onsite work in San Mateo, California.
