Visual Merchandiser - Rosedale Center

Location: 1595 MN-36, Roseville, MN 55113, USA. Full-time, onsite role.

Compensation: $21.00–$24.34 per hour.

What you will do

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation according to brand guidelines, commercial calendars, activation plans, and fashion trends.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns, sale activities, window displays, signage, layouts, lighting, fixtures, and product presentations.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, customer flow, sales KPIs, and visual or commercial opportunities.
• Use fashion, trend, competitor, brand, and influencer awareness to improve in-store product presentation.
• Coach, train, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual and commercial standards.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Area Visual Management, Facilities Management, Sales Market, and Area teams.

Requirements

• Curiosity, creativity, proactive and solution-focused approach, flexibility, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Interest in fashion and leadership skills suitable for a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Ability to work onsite in Roseville, Minnesota, USA.
