Field Visual Merchandiser

Location: Remote within the United States; based at the Denver, Colorado location with regular store visits and occasional travel for new store openings

Salary: $62,100–$76,650 per year

What you will do

• Execute in-store visual elements and product presentations in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor visual displays across retail locations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Train and support Visual Leads and store teams on visual standards, best practices, and new initiatives.
• Conduct store visits and adjust visual merchandising based on customer feedback and sales trends.
• Coordinate product mapping, collateral, and visual initiatives with company goals and brand identity.
• Maintain store experience essentials, including plants, props, mannequins, lighting, and sign holders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of visual merchandising and team leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and developmental skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
