Visual Merchandiser (Retail)

Location: Dallas store, Dallas, TX; fully onsite

Compensation: $22–23 per hour

What you will do

• Manage the look and feel of the store and all departments.
• Merchandise the store and update displays daily and weekly in partnership with store and visual leadership.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and develop fresh store concepts.
• Lead visual training and educational sessions for the store team.
• Coordinate with the stock team to move products onto the sales floor efficiently.
• Analyze store layouts and visual presentations, support inventory activities, and travel to other stores when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or visual-focused work.
• Open and flexible availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, special projects, and product releases.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move 25 pounds and perform retail operations tasks involving bending, twisting, climbing ladders or step stools, and prolonged standing and walking.
• Detail-oriented, creative, independent, adaptive, and resourceful approach.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
