Heathcare Project Manager - Infastructure

Location: Empire State Building, New York, New York; PM/CM team in Staten Island

Salary: $133,635.31–$152,726.06 per year

What you will do

• Lead healthcare capital programs and infrastructure projects as an owner’s representative.
• Manage project phases including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning, and closeout.
• Monitor design and construction activities for contractual, quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow analyses, cost estimates, schedules, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
• Identify risks and potential liabilities, forecast project challenges, and define solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors while leading teams and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• At least 7 years of experience managing healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Recent experience managing healthcare or related construction projects, including work in new and occupied facilities.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques, concepts, principles, standards, and software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint, plus experience supervising and developing team members.
