What you will do
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS processes, employee services, and HR reporting.
- Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop and manage HR policies, systems, and related support processes.
- Build HR dashboards for Department of Energy reporting.
- Support organizational budget monitoring, compensation program activities, audit coordination, and procurement-related business support.
- Handle sensitive personally identifiable information and support DOE Hanford Field Office operations in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in human resources.
- BA/BS degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Experience with recruiting, HRIS, metrics, and employee relations.
- Strong confidentiality, organization, customer focus, communication, and business judgment.
- Proficiency with business tools, including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are expected.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DOE contractors or the Environmental Management sector.
- SHRM certification.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
- Facility or DOE security clearance.
