What you will do

• Manage full-cycle hiring across functions including sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, and HR.
• Execute direct sourcing strategies to build proactive pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Assess candidate relevance and lead the entire process from initial brief to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with senior decision-makers to refine search strategies and interview processes based on evidence.
• Drive timely hiring decisions and maintain high standards for candidate quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
• Proven in-house experience managing business or commercial hiring in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success in personally building pipelines, qualifying candidates, and closing hires.
• Strong analytical approach to recruitment with a focus on numerical hiring results.
• Ability to challenge hiring decisions and improve processes using data-driven evidence.
