What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and prepare materials for public stock issuance.
• Analyze market, sector, customer, and portfolio conditions to support investment and business recommendations.
• Build business cases, complex analytical frameworks, and current- and future-state process assessments.
• Develop policies, procedures, schedules, communications materials, and risk-management contingency plans.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and manage client-account relationships while guiding and training colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of general professional experience.
• Advanced ability to analyze complex information, business needs, market conditions, and potential solutions.
• Expertise in financial analysis, numerical concepts, data management, policies, procedures, laws, and regulations relevant to the role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make authoritative recommendations, and guide or train others.
