What you will do

• Research and evaluate potential investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess investment prospects.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, operations, financial health, and growth potential during business diligence.
• Prepare diligence materials, investment memoranda, written summaries, and presentations for investment committee stakeholders.
• Support transaction execution and financing, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze portfolio company performance and help develop and implement value creation plans.

Requirements

• BA or BSc degree.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, time management, attention to detail, motivation, and learning skills.
