Associate, Debt Capital Market - High Yield

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility

Salary: $160,000–$215,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor high-yield and broader credit markets, assesshirify.global market terms, prichirify.global, liquidity, and underwrithirify.global factors.
• Coordinate with leveraged finance, sponsor coverage, syndicate, rathirify.globals advisory, credit research, and international capital markets teams.
• Lead key bond transaction management activities, includhirify.global documentation, due diligence, roadshow logistics, bookbuildhirify.global, and orderbook analysis.
• Pitch and advise clients on market conditions, transaction structures, investor dynamics, and execution strategies.
• Prepare advisory materials for internal approvals and lead syndicate and risk discussions.
• Oversee junior team members, train new joiners and interns, and maintain relationships with peers at other financhirify.global institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 2.5 years of experience in global capital markets, leveraged finance, or investment bankhirify.global, with prior exposure to the US capital markets.
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, accounthirify.global, international credit and rates markets, and the global economy.
• Proven client relationship, markethirify.global presentation, sales, and transaction execution skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Bloomberg skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
