Investment Banking Associate (Fintech)

Location: United States; openings in Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco.

Annual base pay: $175,000–$225,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and financial analyses.
• Manage and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, deal discussions, structuring, and negotiations.
• Oversee Analysts’ work and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Complete advanced training and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, business, or a related field or sector.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work as a team player and self-starter.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in a relevant investment banking sector.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military service, or education.
