Annual base salary: $125,000–$160,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Manage post-acquisition transactions, including restructurings, recapitalizations, refinancing, IPOs, and private-market sales.
- Develop and execute value enhancement initiatives involving leases, management negotiations, capital expenditures, and platform company strategy.
- Perform real estate and public company valuation analyses to support investment, financing, capital, and sale decisions.
- Lead due diligence and transaction execution while coordinating with counterparties, external advisors, and platform company leadership.
- Develop investment budgets and strategic plans, present asset valuations, and prepare memoranda and presentations.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, site tours, legal negotiations, and Excel financial modeling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of investment banking or real estate investment experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and economics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment with dynamic responsibilities.
- Self-motivation, sound judgment, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
