Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Concord, California, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $117,450–$195,750 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex healthcare construction projects through successful completion.
• Establish budgets and contract pricing, including GMP and lump-sum structures.
• Lead subcontractor and material procurement, bid packages, buyout, shop drawing approvals, and material delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, cost controls, quality standards, documentation, and contract compliance.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams while coordinating regular meetings.
• Lead preconstruction, close-out, warranty follow-up, safety planning, business development, and claims mitigation.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
