Salary: $153,600–$230,400 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to secure PMCM contracts and position the firm as a prime contractor or major strategic partner.
• Track client leads, develop new opportunities, and expand the regional PMCM group.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and SOQs in coordination with marketing production staff.
• Manage one or more bridge construction management, construction inspection, and related projects.
• Coordinate work among agencies, owners, contractors, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Hire, direct, and manage PMCM personnel, including project managers, office engineers, and field engineers or inspectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in bridge construction management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar construction contracts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven leadership ability.
• Ability to manage a multidisciplinary staff of project managers, office engineers, and field engineers or inspectors.
