Electronics Test Technician III - RF

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States. On-site, full-time role. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under space technology export regulations.

Salary: $34.39–$40.64 per hour.

What you will do

• Execute RF and antenna test plans and report findings accurately and on time.
• Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve complex RF test setups involving instrumentation, cabling, switching, and devices under test.
• Test, troubleshoot, and characterize electronics and RF circuitry from component to system level, including active phased-array and AESA products.
• Use and maintain spectrum analyzers, VNAs, RF signal generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies, loads, and other laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose RF, power, thermal, and digital integration issues.
• Improve test procedures, documentation quality, laboratory efficiency, calibration, and repeatability.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of directly related experience as an engineering technician or RF technician.
• Hands-on experience with active electronics and RF systems, including spectrum analyzers, VNAs, RF signal generators, oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power meters.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex RF systems independently and interpret measurement data with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, test procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, written, verbal, and digital communication skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Direct experience testing phased arrays or AESA systems.
