Base salary: $124,000–$170,500 USD annually. Total compensation, including equity: $144,275–$206,175 USD annually.

What you will do
- Lead RF product development from architecture and prototyping through integration, testing, flight development, and production transition.
- Model and simulate antenna and phased-array performance for current programs and proposals.
- Collaborate with RF, digital, power, mechanical, thermal, and structural engineering teams.
- Develop active-antenna test plans and procedures, including EIRP and G/T testing, as well as GSE and production automation.
- Support requirements specifications, proposals, engineering reviews, customer technical support, and anomaly troubleshooting.
- Produce product documentation, including interface control documents and user manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, RF communications, or an equivalent qualification, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Fundamental RF knowledge, including link budget analysis and linearity.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of RF communications, navigation systems, and related components.
- Experience modeling and simulating antenna or phased-array performance.
- Deep understanding of system interference effects and experience developing RF systems from requirements assessment through space-qualified products.
- For work in U.S. offices, candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.
Nice to have
- Space-grade system design experience and experience with worst-case, reliability, FMECA, thermal, and derating analyses.
- Experience designing, integrating, and testing RF communications systems for launch vehicles or satellites.
- Experience leading complex engineering programs, incident investigations, and associated documentation.
- Mentoring, project management, communication, and conflict-resolution experience.
