Senior Municipal Civil/Roadway Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma

Salary: $140,810.99–$160,926.84 annually

What you will do

• Build client relationships and partner with municipal agencies on infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead project execution from strategy through delivery, including budgets, operations, and financial performance.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
• Shape roadway and highway design solutions, including roadway models and cross sections.
• Design site grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management solutions.
• Support traffic control planning, signalization, signing, pavement marking, utility coordination, plans, specifications, estimates, and schematic design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PE license and 20+ years of relevant experience leading roadway, highway, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, InRoads/GeoPak, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong experience supporting municipal infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and professionally.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD experience.
• Participation in professional organizations and industry associations.
