Electrical Assembler (HVAC)

What you will do

• Install, fit, align, and fasten parts and subassemblies for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform precision assembly, basic low-voltage electrical wiring, pipefitting, woodworking, joinery, and sheet metal work.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications, text, and drawings.
• Prepare and use ladders, measuring tools, drills, straightedges, and other hand and power tools.
• Rotate across assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping positions while developing multiple manufacturing skills.
• Follow construction and manufacturing safety requirements and assist with material movement within the plant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, and ladder work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with harnesses and fall protection at heights up to 30 feet.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
