What you will do

• Translate brand objectives into integrated media and digital strategies across audiences, channels, content, and investment priorities.
• Develop social, content, and influencer ecosystems that strengthen consumer engagement and cultural connection.
• Execute media investments with strong agency management, timely activation, and performance tracking.
• Optimize campaigns through testing, learning, and measurement to maximize business impact and ROI.
• Build digital marketing capabilities through talent, tools, partnerships, and an operating model supporting a future in-house agency.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, and digital marketing.
• Background in advertising, media, content creation, digital production, or an agency ecosystem.
• Extensive expertise in digital media, content, social ecosystems, and influencer marketing.
• Proven track record in media planning and media effectiveness.
• Fluent English required.
• Strategic mindset, critical thinking, resilience, high drive, influential leadership, and assertive communication.
