Client Partner Account Associate (Digital Marketing)

Location: Mexico City, Reforma, CDMX; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support the management of client accounts and respond to client requests and questions.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, project activities, and communication between clients and internal teams.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, client deliverables, and project progress updates.
• Collaborate with SEM, SEO, Social, Display, and other channel teams to align client solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing.
• Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together; Google Analytics experience is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, data analysis, and analytics-tool skills.
• Comfort with attending the Reforma, CDMX office two days per week is required.
