AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant

Location: Fully remote across Latin America: Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic

What you will do

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for research, content creation, design, and analysis.
• Create LinkedIn and social media content, including posts, graphics, carousels, short-form videos, and AI-generated visuals.
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
• Improve hirify.global’s visibility in AI search platforms through GEO and AEO initiatives.
• Track search visibility, competitors, traffic, campaigns, leads, and conversions, and prepare marketing reports.
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation and collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and website stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expert-level English proficiency in written and conversational communication.
• At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, including daily use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals, KPIs, data, and reporting.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Creativity, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to improve AI-generated content before publication.
• Ability to work remotely from one of the specified Latin American countries.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for design, video production, or marketing operations.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, AEO, AI search, or paid advertising platforms.
• Interest in AI workflows, marketing automation, and connecting marketing ideas to business results.
