Salary: $112,253.66–$128,289.89 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the design and delivery of highway, roadway, interchange, and local road improvement projects.
  • Develop plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and final bid packages for state highway projects.
  • Design and coordinate alignments, drainage, construction staging, traffic control, signing, pavement marking, utilities, right-of-way plans, and subconsultant work.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, technical teams, and other disciplines to support successful project delivery.
  • Guide junior team members and contribute to technical, schedule, budget, proposal, and business development decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of engineering experience with strong transportation and highway design expertise.
  • Experience designing highways, local roads, drainage systems, transportation infrastructure, and site work.
  • Oklahoma Professional Engineer license or the ability to acquire it.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
  • Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
