What you will do

• Develop bid, proposal, pre-construction, construction, and subcontractor schedules with project teams, self-perform teams, and trade partners.
• Update and monitor project schedules, schedule quality, schedule detail, and project health.
• Prepare and analyze as-built schedules, month-end reports, narratives, weekly KPIs, and scheduling metrics.
• Identify scheduling risks and communicate them to project and division management.
• Perform delay and productivity analyses, calculate costs, and prepare entitlement narratives for change orders and claims.
• Manage P6 databases, activity coding, cost and resource loading, schedule training, mediation preparation, and trade contractor negotiations.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of construction experience, including 5 years of scheduling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling and working knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Knowledge of financial management systems, construction cost accounting, job cost information, contract requirements, and notice requirements.
• Proficiency with P6 Professional, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite; ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Ability to travel locally within divisions.
