Digital Transformation Manager (AI)

Market compensation: $180K–$390K annually

What you will do

• Design and execute digital transformation roadmaps, translating business strategy into phased, measurable initiatives.
• Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and technology investments.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, building buy-in and driving adoption across leadership and frontline teams.
• Assess current-state systems and processes, develop transformation business cases, and track ROI against defined metrics.
• Build and mentor teams of transformation analysts, project managers, or subject matter experts while coordinating delivery workstreams.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including AI and ML tools, and oversee pilots or proofs of concept.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience leading digital or business transformation initiatives in a management or senior individual-contributor role.
• Experience shipping at least two to three end-to-end transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technology and process strategies, including legacy systems modernization and cloud migration.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, developing change management plans, and driving adoption in complex organizations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies and business case development.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
