TL;DR
Technical Project/Program Management III - E3 (Supply Chain Quality): Managing multiple high-tech supply chain quality programs from planning through implementation with an accent on cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and quality management. Focus on developing project strategies, resolving complex risks, building dashboards and metrics, and improving business processes across global supply chain initiatives.

Location: Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage multiple programs and projects supporting cross-functional efforts to improve supply chain quality performance.
  • Develop project plans and oversee initiatives from conception and planning through implementation and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal customers, cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders, providing status reports and supporting performance objectives.
  • Manage schedules and task details using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
  • Identify program complications, manage risks, and develop solutions for complex problems.
  • Improve supply chain quality processes, dashboards, metrics, applications, and annual operating plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4–7 years of experience in high-tech or industrial sectors, including at least 3 years in program or project management.
  • Knowledge of program and project management practices, including initiation, risk management, execution, status reporting, and closure.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SIPOC, Poka-Yoke, and DMAIC.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must work from Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California; relocation is not available.

Nice to have

  • Project management certification or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Experience in quality, quality management systems, quality audits, or assessments.
  • AI/ML experience.
