Digital Press Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time onsite role on a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a rotating schedule of three days one week and four days the next, including Saturday and Sunday every other week.

Compensation: $26.00–$32.00 per hour, with possible overtime and shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and adjust the EFI Nozomi 18000 digital press for different print jobs and substrates.
• Monitor print quality, front-to-back registration, machine status, error messages, and consumable levels.
• Troubleshoot equipment, print-quality, and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine press maintenance, cleaning, and safe operation of pre-feed systems and coating units.
• Read job tickets, layouts, and production specifications; verify paper stocks and materials before production.
• Complete production, maintenance, inventory, and quality documentation while coordinating with leadership and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Basic understanding of color reproduction and print-quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and previous digital printing or press operation experience are preferred.
