Press Operator - 1-Color Flex GTO - 1st Shift - $2000 Retention Bonus

Location: Townsend, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite, first shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Compensation: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The position includes a $2,000 retention bonus.

What you will do

• Operate and manually set up or change over multi-color sheet-fed and high-speed continuous/web presses.
• Identify and load stock, set the paper path, mount plates, mix PMS ink, and configure press attributes such as perforations, numbering, and file holes.
• Adjust ink and water balance, color matching, ink density, dimensions, construction, and multi-color registration to meet customer requirements.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and adjust equipment, including blankets, wash-up units, water systems, and rollers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or printing experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math, reading, computer, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the printing process and press usage.
