Digital Printer Operator - MTW Nights

Location: Owatonna, Minnesota, United States; onsite, full-time shift work

Pay: $23.75 per hour

What you will do

• Operate digital printers, silkscreen equipment, and heat-treating furnaces according to standard procedures.
• Produce printed glass that meets visual and quality specifications while minimizing downtime.
• Set up and tear down printing jobs, maintain ink supplies, and keep equipment clean.
• Complete daily production documentation and ensure effective shift handoffs.
• Direct support staff, train new team members, and assist with glass loading, seaming, and related production tasks.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and follow safety procedures for solvents, paints, chemicals, and waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year mechanical or technical education is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, basic measurement math, and the ability to understand work instructions.
• Experience with power and hand tools and proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
• Dependable attendance, flexibility for overtime, multitasking ability, and willingness to adjust to changing work demands.
• Ability to train peers and work independently with minimal supervision.
