Press Operator-3rd Shift-$3000 Retention Bonus

Location: Townsend, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation: $22.00–$23.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan. A $3,000 retention bonus is also offered.

What you will do

• Operate GTO, Ricoh, and DCOP presses in a third-shift custom numbering position.
• Set up and change over multi-color sheet-fed and high-speed continuous/web presses.
• Load stock, mount plates, mix PMS ink, register dies, and configure perforations, numbering, file holes, and other attributes.
• Run orders according to specifications for ink density, color matching, size, construction, and print quality.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and adjust press equipment, blankets, washing units, water systems, and rollers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and use press controls effectively.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least two years of manufacturing or printing experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of printing processes and familiarity with Lean principles preferred.
• Basic math, reading, computer, and communication skills.
