What you will do
- Identify, acquire, and onboard high-quality diamond and gemstone suppliers.
- Build consultative supplier relationships and act as the primary contact for growth, performance, and issue resolution.
- Analyze supplier, CRM, and marketplace data to identify opportunities across selection, pricing, availability, and quality.
- Drive revenue growth by improving product assortment, inventory levels, pricing strategies, express stock, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, customer support, category management, product, and marketing teams.
- Develop supplier training and guidance on listing optimization, quality control, and performance improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in jewelry, luxury goods, or a jewelry and luxury marketplace.
- Commercially sharp, strategic, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Experience acquiring new business while nurturing and expanding existing supplier relationships.
- Strong relationship-building skills with business owners, decision-makers, senior stakeholders, and small business owners.
- Data-driven account management experience using CRM and platform data to prioritize activity.
- Professional communication in English is required.

- Background in a high-growth marketplace or platform business with an enterprise or SMB sales culture.
- Familiarity with wholesale buying patterns, inventory-led businesses, or supply-chain dynamics.
- Proven revenue growth through partner or supplier relationships.
